Financial Dashboard Services That Actually Make Sense
We build automated dashboards that turn your financial data into something you can actually use. No guesswork, no manual spreadsheets, just clear numbers when you need them.
Custom Dashboards Built Around Your Numbers
Here's what happens most of the time: businesses collect tons of financial data but can't see what it means fast enough to make decisions. We've seen companies sitting on three years of transaction history, unable to spot patterns that would save them money.
Our approach is different. We connect to your existing systems and pull everything into one place. Then we build visualizations that highlight what matters for your specific situation.
- Direct integration with accounting software and banking platforms
- Real-time updates so your data stays current without manual input
- Custom metrics designed around your business model
- Mobile access for checking numbers on the go
- Automated alerts when important thresholds are reached
We worked with a manufacturing company in Taoyuan last year. They were spending about eight hours weekly just compiling reports. After we set up their dashboard, that dropped to maybe thirty minutes of review time. Same information, way less work.
What We Actually Do
These are the core services we provide. Each one can work independently, or we can combine them based on what you need right now.
Data Connection & Automation
We connect your financial systems so data flows automatically. This means your bank accounts, accounting software, payment processors, and any other financial tools talk to each other without you lifting a finger.
- Major accounting platforms and ERP systems
- Banking APIs for transaction data
- Payment gateways and merchant services
- Payroll systems and expense tracking tools
Custom Visualization Design
Not all businesses need the same charts. We design visualizations that match how you think about your finances, whether that's cash flow patterns, departmental spending, project profitability, or something else entirely.
- Cash flow timelines and projection charts
- Expense breakdowns by category or department
- Revenue tracking with comparison periods
- Budget variance analysis and trend indicators
Alert Configuration
Sometimes you need to know immediately when something changes. We set up smart alerts that notify you about important financial events, so you can respond quickly instead of discovering issues weeks later in a monthly report.
- Unusual spending patterns or large transactions
- Budget thresholds and spending limits
- Cash balance dropping below safe levels
- Significant revenue changes or payment delays
Report Automation
Monthly reports shouldn't take days to compile. We automate the reports you need regularly, whether that's for internal review, investor updates, or board meetings. The system generates them on schedule with current data.
- Monthly financial summaries and P&L statements
- Quarterly performance reviews with year-over-year comparisons
- Weekly cash position and runway calculations
- Custom reports for specific stakeholder needs
How We Get You Set Up
The process is straightforward. We've done this enough times to know where problems usually show up, and we handle those proactively. Here's what to expect from start to finish.
Initial Data Assessment
We start by looking at your current financial systems and data sources. This helps us understand what you have, what's missing, and what connections we'll need to build. Usually takes about a week of back-and-forth questions and system access setup.
Week 1Dashboard Design & Approval
We create mockups showing how your dashboard will look and what metrics it'll track. You review these and tell us what needs changing. Most clients go through two or three revision rounds before we land on the final design.
Weeks 2-3System Integration & Testing
This is where we connect everything and make sure data flows correctly. We test extensively with your actual data to catch any quirks or edge cases. There's always something unexpected that needs adjustment during this phase.
Weeks 4-5Training & Launch
We walk your team through how to use the dashboard, set up their access permissions, and show them how to interpret what they're seeing. Then we go live. We stick around closely for the first month to handle questions and make adjustments.
