Business Transfers
If FlashDynamo is acquired or merged with another company, your information would be transferred as part of that transaction. You would be notified before any such transfer, and the acquiring company would be required to handle your data according to this privacy policy.
Your Rights and Choices
This is your data. You should have control over it.

You can access all your data through your FlashDynamo account at any time. If you want a complete copy of everything we have, contact us and we'll provide it in a standard format within 30 days.
Correction and Updates
You can update your account information directly through the dashboard settings. For financial data corrections, you can re-upload files or adjust entries within the platform. If you need help making changes, our support team can assist.
Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data. Here's how it works:
- Cancel your subscription through account settings
- Request data deletion by emailing info@flash-dynamo.com
- We'll delete all your financial data within 30 days
- Some information may be retained for legal or accounting purposes for up to 7 years as required by Taiwan financial regulations
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days following deletion
Marketing Communications
We send occasional updates about new features or service improvements. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email. We'll still send critical account notifications regardless of your preferences because those are necessary for service delivery.
Cookie Preferences
Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and optional cookies for analytics. You can manage these preferences through your browser settings or through the cookie banner that appears on your first visit.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

After these retention periods, data is permanently deleted from our systems including backups.
International Data Transfers
FlashDynamo operates primarily in Taiwan, but the internet is global. Some of our service providers may process data in other countries.
When data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
- Service providers must comply with data protection standards equivalent to those in Taiwan
- Data processing agreements include specific security and privacy requirements
- All international transfers use encrypted connections

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy shows when it was most recently revised. Continued use of FlashDynamo after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
